Alessandro Rossi has left Lazio to join Serie C side Monopoli on a six-month loan deal with a buy option attached.
As announced in an official statement (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) the 25-year-old Italian forward has joined the Serie C side on a six-month loan deal with a buy option attached, as well as a buy-back clause.
He did previously made 79 appearances for the Lazio Primavera squad, where he scored 43 goals, showing potential.
Rossi spent last season on loan with Serie C side Viterbese, where he scored five goals in 31 matches.
Lazio are working hard to reduce the number of redundant players in their squad and Rossi is one of many going out the door in this month’s transfer window.
