Vavro is now on the verge of returning to FC Copenhagen, where he spent two years before joining Lazio back in 2019. The deal is set to be carried out on the basis of a loan with a buy option attached.

His fiancée Tamara has already said goodbye to Rome on social media, as the 25-year-old Lazio defender has departed from the Italian capital in order to complete his return to the Danish club.
Vavro’s departure could help to unblock Lazio’s transfer market, allowing them to sign a new defender. Hellas Verona’s Nicolo Casale is the club’s top choice, with Sarri a fan of the Italian and his tactical flexibility.
