Patric Agrees Personal Terms With Valencia but Lazio Are Blocking a Move

Patric has agreed to immediately join Valencia but Lazio are refusing to let him leave.

As reported by Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, the 28-year-old Spanish defender’s contract expires with the Biancocelesti at the end of this season and it will not be renewed, meaning that his departure at the end of this season is certain.

Patric has recently received a very significant offer from La Liga side Valencia, and he has agreed to the deal, but now he needs to convince Lazio to let him depart.

The Biancocelesti’s incoming transfer market is currently blocked by the liquidity index and so they don’t intend to let the Spanish defender leave the club in this month’s transfer window.

Patric is insisting to be released from his contract early, aware of the fact that the Valencia offer may only be valid for this month’s transfer window.

The 28-year-old Spaniard, who has been with Lazio since 2015, has made 15 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 958 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal.
