Ghoulam Working to Leave Napoli Six Months Early in Order to Sign For Lazio

Faouzi Ghoulam may leave Napoli six months early in order to join Lazio on a free transfer.

As reported by Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.com last night, the 30-year-old Algerian left-back is close to agreeing to personal terms with the Biancocelesti, who are searching for a new low-cost full back in this month’s transfer window.

Ghoulam‘s contract expires with Napoli at the end of this season, but the Partenopei are willing to let him leave six months early in order to sign for Lazio.

This is a deal that would suit all parties, as Napoli wouldn’t have to pay the last six months of his wages and Lazio would secure a much-needed reinforcement.
