Lazio winger Pedro is on the road to recovery and is working to be fit in time to face Fiorentina.
As reported by Italian newspaper Il Tempo (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 34-year-old Spanish winger came off after 40 minutes in the 3-0 win over Salernitana earlier this month with a hamstring injury, which forced him to miss the last match against Atalanta.

Pedro is taking advantage of the international break to rest up and he’s hoping to be in a good condition for Lazio’s next match against Fiorentina, scheduled for 5th February.
The Spanish winger is set to return to squad training next week and he’s making good progress, much to the relief of coach Maurizio Sarri. The former Barcelona and Chelsea man has been one of the Italian coach’s most reliable and important players this season.
Pedro has made 28 appearances across all competitions, for a total of 1967 minutes. In that time, he has scored eight goals and provided five assists.
