Lazio want to convince Hellas Verona to accept a deal for Nicolo Casale now but the issue is the formula of the transfer.
As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti have already agreed personal terms with the 23-year-old Italian defender on the basis of a four-year contract worth €1.3 million net per season, but they still haven’t reached a deal with the Gialloblu.

The deal will seemingly add up to €10 million total between the loan and the buy option, but Hellas Verona president Maurizio Setti wants the clause to be an obligation to buy, whilst Lazio would prefer it to stay as a buy option.
