Milan Again Linked to Lazio Star Luis Alberto Ahead of Summer Transfer Window

Milan have again been linked with a move for Lazio midfielder Luis Alberto ahead of the transfer window this summer.

As reported by PianetaMilan yesterday, the Rossoneri are looking to sign a new trequartista at the end of this season, with the club a little disappointed in the performances of Brahim Diaz, who is clearly struggling with the pressure of carrying the team on his shoulders.

As such, Milan are interested in making a move for Luis Alberto again this summer, although it’s unlikely that Lazio will make a deal particularly accessible for the Rossoneri.

The 29-year-old Luis Alberto is contracted to the Biancocelesti until 2025 and president Claudio Lotito is unlikely to let the player leave for anything less than €50 million, which Milan are incredibly unlikely to offer.

The Spanish midfielder has made 28 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1797 minutes. In that time, he has scored three goals and provided six assists.
