Lazio are expecting a clear answer from Luiz Felipe’s entourage regarding their latest contract offer next week.
As reported by Italian newspaper La Repubblica (via LazioNews24) earlier today, recent rumours suggested that the 24-year-old Brazilian centre back had reached an agreement with Inter, but this was quickly denied by his agent Stefano Castagna.
Luiz Felipe has been silent for months, carefully considering his future, but now things are set to progress. Lazio, who have met Castagna several times recently, expect a definitive answer to their latest contract renewal offer in the coming days.
Lazio most recently offered Luiz Felipe a contract worth €2 million net per season including add-ons, whilst the 24-year-old Brazilian centre-back would prefer a salary of €2.5 million net per season.
