Lazio May Cash In on Milinkovic-Savic Amid Interest From PSG, Inter, Juventus & Manchester United

These could be Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s last months at Lazio as a number of top clubs could make a move for him in the summer.

As reported by Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 27-year-old Serbian midfielder has quickly become one of the most important players in Maurizio Sarri’s squad this season and he’s already scored eight goals in the league.

Milinkovic-Savic’s future is looming on the horizon, however; the Serbian midfielder’s contract expires in 2024 and if a renewal doesn’t arrive, he could be sold in the upcoming summer transfer window in order to fund Sarri’s Lazio overhaul.

Juventus, Inter, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are the clubs most serious about the 27-year-old. The French side offered €60 million in 2020 and in a recent meeting in Rome with the midfielder’s entourage, they suggested that they were willing to pay up to €80 million.

Updates are expected over the coming months, but there’s a serious possibility that these are Milinkovic-Savic’s final months in the Italian capital.
