Lazio’s attack is running smoothly, 54 goals scored so far, but never in Sarri’s history has he had to deal with such a leaky defence.

Lazio’s Talks With Tottenham Goalkeeper Gollini’s Agent Progressing Positively

In the first few months of the season, it took the players longer than expected to change from a three-man system to a four-man defence. The fact that five defensive players now have contracts expiring in the summer (Thomas Strakosha, Adam Marusic, Patric, Luiz Felipe and Pepe Reina) certainly doesn’t help things.

In the upcoming summer transfer window Lazio and Sarri will look to strengthen their defence with a number of reinforcements, with the top options still being Milan’s Alessio Romagnoli and Hellas Verona’s Nicolo Casale.
