As reported by Il Tempo (via LazioNews24), Milinkovic-Savic‘s future still remains shrouded in doubt. His contract with Lazio expires in 2024 and if he does not sign a renewal he could be sold in the upcoming Summer Transfer Window in a final attempt to fetch a high fee.

PSG have been keen on him for some time now and are ready to offer around €70-80 million. Manchester United are also in the running as well, having been interested since 2018 when Jose Mourinho was in charge, although their interest is less concrete at this stage.
