Things are seemingly moving forward and the German side are convinced about the qualities of Tare, so his 14-year reign as Lazio sporting director could be drawing to a close soon.

Tare has had a number of ups and downs during his time as sporting director, picking up stars like Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luis Alberto for cheap, but also signing a number of flops like Wesley Hoedt, Denis Vavro and Dimitrije Kamenovic.
