Possible Transfer Market Derby Between Lazio & Roma for Hellas Verona’s Casale

By Apollo Heyes -

Roma have reportedly set their sights on Nicolo Casale, setting up a possible Derby della Capitale with Lazio for the defender’s signature.

The Biancocelesti were incredibly keen to pick up the 24-year-old Italian defender in the January transfer window but they failed to pull off a deal due to limitations imposed by the liquidity index.

Their interest has not died down however, and they are planning to return in the summer.

The Giallorossi have a great relationship with Hellas Verona and another deal between them could be on the cards, similar to the one that saw Marash Kumbulla move down to the Italian capital two years ago.
