Lazio’s interest in Marco Carnesecchi is heating up and Atalanta have put a price tag on the 21-year-old Italian goalkeeper.
The Biancocelesti know that a new shot stopper is needed in the upcoming summer transfer window as both Pepe Reina and Thomas Strakosha are set to depart when their contracts expire. The Roman club’s search has narrowed down to two options: Carnesecchi and PSG owned Sergio Rico.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24), Lazio have already expressed their interest in Carnesecchi and Atalanta responded by putting a €15 million price tag on the talented shot stopper.
Updates are expected over the coming weeks, with the summer transfer window quickly approaching. There’s also a slim chance that Lazio could still renew Strakosha’s contract, although this outcome is impossible to predict.
