Bodo/Glimt have decided to train for their match against Roma in Formello, accepting Lazio’s offer.
The Norwegian side will face the Giallorossi in the second leg of their Europa Conference League clash on Thursday this week. Bodo/Glimt won the first leg 2-1 at home, so Jose Mourinho’s side will be looking to redeem themselves at the Stadio Olimpico.
As highlighted by LazioNews24, Bodo/Glimt started training at Lazio’s sports centre in Formello earlier today following their arrival in Italy yesterday. The Biancocelesti offered their headquarters to the Norwegian side, hoping to see rivals Roma embarrassed at home later this week.
Lazio have provided Bodo/Glimt with a grass pitch, private changing rooms and everything else needed to prepare for the upcoming European clash.
Roma have failed to beat Kjetil Knutsen’s side in all three attempts this season. Their first meeting back in October was a major source of embarrassment for Mourinho as the Norwegian side stormed to a 6-1 win and the Giallorossi didn’t redeem themselves two weeks later, only picking up a 2-2 draw.
