Alessio Romagnoli and Lazio have reached a draft agreement regarding his salary and now only the final details remain before the deal can be closed.
The Biancocelesti are incredibly keen to pick up the 27-year-old Italian defender in the upcoming summer transfer window after his contract expires with Milan and they met with his entourage yesterday to discuss a possible deal. Talks have been going on since October and now things are reaching the final stages.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Il Messaggero and Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24), Romagnoli has agreed personal terms with Lazio following yesterday’s meeting. He has agreed to a salary of €3 million plus add-ons linked to personal and team objectives.

The only details remaining now are the Milan captain’s agent commissions, something which has become a sensitive topic in recent years. There is an air of confidence in the Lazio environment but the deal has not been finalised yet, although things are looking good.
