Ibrahimovic Ready for Milan Return Ahead of Lazio Clash

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has seemingly recovered from his knee injury and will be fit enough to face Lazio tomorrow.

The 40-year-old Swedish veteran has not had an easy season in Milan, struggling with both knee issues and an Achilles tendon problem. Ibrahimovic has missed 18 games through injury this campaign but now he’s hoping to put all that behind him.

As detailed by Corriere della Sera (via TuttoMercatoWeb), Ibrahimovic has finally put his knee problems behind him and he’s ready to re-join the Milan squad ahead of tomorrow’s match against Lazio.

It’s a must win game for the Rossoneri as they look to continue their charge for the Scudetto, being stuck in a close race with intercity rivals Inter.

Ibrahimovic has scored eight goals and provided two assists in 19 Serie A appearances this season, being a key figure in Stefano Pioli’s squad. The former Paris Saint-Germain man is now hoping to finish the season with a consistent run of games.
