Luis Alberto threw an exclusive party for the Lazio players and staff yesterday to band everyone together before the end of the season.
The 29-year-old Spanish midfielder has had his ups and downs under Maurizio Sarri this season but things are finally starting to click and the former Liverpool man is now able to show his best under the 63-year-old Italian coach, even if inconsistency still proves a little problematic.
As detailed by Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Luis Alberto threw an exclusive party at his house yesterday, inviting all the Lazio players and staff. He turned his villa in Olgiata into a Spanish-themed event, asking the guests to wear strictly red or black clothes to fit the Flamengo theme.
Only Sarri, who is not horrifically keen on social events, and Francesco Acerbi were absent from the party. For the Italian defender, it was family commitments that kept him away, although it could also be a sign that he has one foot out the door in Rome.
