Milan Emerge in Race for PSG & Man United Target Milinkovic-Savic

Milan may look to make a move for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic once the Investcorp takeover is completed.

The Rossoneri are currently in the process of being taken over by Bahraini investment fund Investcorp, who are reportedly willing to pay €1.2 billion to current owners Elliott Management for the club. One of the benefits of this takeover is that Milan will receive significantly more resources to use in transfer windows.

As reported by Tuttosport (via LazioNews24), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic could be the Scudetto gift for the Milan fans once the Investcorp takeover is finalised. Technical director Paolo Maldini is a huge fan of the Lazio midfielder and he has tried to sign him in the past.

It won’t be easy for the Rossoneri, however, as they’re facing serious competition from both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United. Lazio are looking to start the summer auction at a base price of €70 million, so the Investcorp takeover is crucial for Milan’s hopes.
