Lazio may look to cash in on Luis Alberto this summer as both Napoli and Sevilla register their interest.
The Biancocelesti need to sell a top player this summer in order to fund their squad overhaul and all signs seemed to point to midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but coach Maurizio Sarri did not want to lose the Serbian, so selling Luis Alberto may be more palatable instead.
As reported by Il Tempo (via LazioNews24), both Napoli and Sevilla are interested in signing Luis Alberto this summer and could look to make a move for the Lazio man, who has a price tag of around €35 million.
Neither side has made an official move yet but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see either or both make an approach in the coming weeks. The Partenopei are reportedly interested in an exchange deal involving Piotr Zielinski, but the Pole’s €4 million net per season salary proves problematic for the time being.
Luis Alberto is key we need a player like him. If we make the moves that Sarri wants this team will be very good.
