The starting lineups for this evening’s Serie A clash between Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio and Sinisa Mihajlovic’s Bologna have been announced.
The Biancocelesti will be hoping to kick off their 2022-23 campaign in style after an impressive summer transfer window, where they brought in eight players in an attempt to rejuvenate the squad and provide Sarri with the players necessary in the fight for a top four spot.
Bologna ended last season in the trenches of the mid-table and they’ll be looking to repeat the performance they pulled off in last season’s 3-0 win over the Roman club.
Pedro is unavailable due to a slight ankle injury and Nicolo Casale is out with a yellow-card suspension, carried over from last season.
The Rossoblu have a fully fit squad ahead of this evening’s match, giving Mihajlovic a number of options on the bench.
Here are the official starting lineups for Lazio vs Bologna:
Lazio (4-3-3): Maximiano; Lazzari, Patric, Romagnoli, Marusic; Milinkovic-Savic, Cataldi, Basic; Felipe Anderson, Immobile, Zaccagni.
Bologna (3-5-2): Skorupski; Soumaoro, Medel, Lykogiannis; De Silvestri, Dominguez, Schouten, Cambiaso; Soriano, Sansone, Arnautovic.
