Luis Alberto is unsatisfied with his current role at Lazio and is again in the sights of Sevilla and Milan.
The 30-year-old Spanish midfielder has only made three Serie A starts this season under Maurizio Sarri, mostly being used as a super sub off the bench. All three of Luis Alberto’s league goals this season came in matches where he didn’t start and it’s clear that Sarri prefers to lineup his initial 11 without the Spaniard.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW), Luis Alberto is uncomfortable with his reduced importance at Lazio and could finally leave the club next summer, coming after years of flirting with the idea.
Sevilla have long been interested in the 30-year-old and Milan are also following the situation closely, still keen on the talented midfielder.
Luis Alberto had a number of disagreements with Sarri last season and further cracks could be seen in their relationship across this season if the situation doesn’t change.
