Lazio have confirmed two friendly matches against Galatasaray and Besiktas for their upcoming winter retreat.
The Biancocelesti squad have restarted work in Formello with coach Maurizio Sarri and they’ll continue doing double sessions in training before heading off to a short break in Turkey next week.
Lazio will spend less than a week in Belek, giving them a little space to focus on preparations for the second half of the season.
As reported by Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Lazio will face off against Galatasaray in a friendly on 14th December at the Gloria Palace Arena in Belek. Three days later on 17th December, they’ll face Besiktas in the same stadium, although this isn’t officially finalised just yet.
Lazio will stay at the luxurious Regnum Carya hotel in Belek. The hotel has an impressive sports facility, with football pitches, gyms, swimming pools and golf courses.
The Biancocelesti’s first game of 2023 is against Lecce on 4th January.
