Lazio have been in close contact with Felipe Anderson and his entourage in recent weeks and have reportedly agreed to the terms of a new deal.
The 29-year-old Brazilian winger returned to the Italian capital last year after a difficult three-year spell away from Rome, where he spent time with West Ham and Porto.
Since returning, Felipe Anderson has proven himself a strong fit for Maurizio Sarri’s system at Lazio, although he still struggles with inconsistency.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW), after weeks of close contact, Felipe Anderson has agreed to sign a new five-year contract with Lazio, which’ll expire in June 2027.
The new deal will see his wages rise to around €3m net per season including add-ons, rewarding him for his importance to Sarri and the Biancocelesti.
This season, Felipe Anderson has scored four goals and provided four assists in 21 appearances across Serie A and the Europa League.
