Lazio President Considering Starting In-House Media Department

Lazio president Claudio Lotito is interested in the idea of starting an in-house media department.

In recent months, the Biancocelesti president signed an agreement with media agency NVP, who now manage the clubs TV, radio and social media outlets. Fans have responded well to Lazio’s new media work and Lotito is ready to respond, interested in taking things to the next level.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24), Lotito is keen to start an in-house media department at Lazio in 2023, allowing the club to save a lot of money and have greater control of their fan out-reach.

Going this route would see the Roman club join a list of six other Italian clubs, including Juventus and Napoli, who also produce their own media.

Lotito is still continuing his political work and has tabled an amendment to extend the duration of the TV rights licence from three to five years.
