123 years ago today, Lazio was founded by nine individuals in the Prati area of Rome.
The Biancocelesti have since become a hallmark of the footballing landscape of Italy, winning two Scudetti and regularly rising and falling up and down the Serie A table.
Lazio are the oldest currently active club in the Italian capital and are one of the ‘seven sisters’ of football in the peninsula.
