Tottenham, West Ham & Everton All Open Talks With Sarri

Multiple Premier League clubs have contacted Maurizio Sarri to explore the possible appointment of the Lazio coach.

The 64-year-old Italian has started to grow frustrated in the Italian capital in recent months, unhappy with the Biancocelesti’s hard stance that the team must qualify for the Champions League this season. Sarri does not see eye to eye with sporting director Igli Tare and has begun feeling isolated in Rome.

As reported by Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24), Premier League clubs Tottenham, Everton and West Ham have all approached Sarri recently to discuss a possible job for the Lazio coach.

Spurs have seemingly come to the end of Antonio Conte’s cycle in North London, Everton appointed Sean Dyche to help them avoid relegation and West Ham risk dropping down to the Championship under David Moyes.

Sarri has also attracted attention from Italian clubs, with recent reports suggesting approaches from Inter and Milan as well.

Despite the fact that the Italian coach is contracted to Lazio until June 2025, a departure at the end of the season seemingly cannot be ruled out.
