Lazio have identified Juventus loanee Nicolo Rovella as an interesting option to strengthen their midfield in the summer.
The Biancocelesti are gearing up for an important summer transfer window and are already hard at work searching for players who would be a good fit for Maurizio Sarri’s 4-3-3 system in the Italian capital.
With Lazio second in the Serie A table, the team can plan for their summer with the assumption that they’ll be in the Champions League next season, something that allows them to invest a little more heavily into the squad.
As reported by Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24), Lazio believe that Rovella may be the perfect option for Sarri’s squad and have started seriously considering making a move for the 21-year-old in the summer.
The Italian midfielder was sent by Juventus to Monza on loan for this season, where he’s impressed across his 21 Serie A matches. He’s contracted to the Bianconeri until June 2026.
