Udinese vs Lazio: Official Starting Lineups Announced

The starting lineups for this evening’s Serie A clash between Andrea Sottil’s Udinese and Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio have been announced.

Recent History & Form

Udinese will be keen to enter the summer break after a difficult end to the season, failing to win consecutive league games for over two months. In their last five games, the Bianconeri have won twice, drawn once and lost twice, leaving them 12th in the Serie A table.

Far away from both the European spots and the relegation zone, Udinese will be cruising to the summer and will only have pride to play for in their final three matches of the campaign.

Lazio are still keenly involved in the race for a top four finish and their poor results in recent weeks – winning just once in six Serie A games – has increased the pressure, giving them a tiny gap over fifth place Milan.

Beating Udinese would be an important step forward for Sarri and his squad, allowing them to keep a four-point lead over the Rossoneri.

When these two teams met back in October, Lazio were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Udinese.
