Juventus & Inter Gearing Up for Milinkovic-Savic Duel

Juventus and Inter are both seriously interested in picking up Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The 28-year-old Serbian midfielder seems destined to leave the Biancocelesti in the coming months, ready to make the jump to a bigger club in the prime of his career.

Milinkovic-Savic will not sign a new contract with Lazio, meaning he’ll be able to leave on a free transfer next year should a move not materialise this summer.

As reported by Alfredo Pedulla, Juventus agreed personal terms with Milinkovic-Savic and his agent Mateja Kezman back in November, but are not currently in a position to close out a deal, needing to resolve other factors amidst their various off-pitch issues.

Simone Inzaghi is keen to be reunited with the Serbian midfielder at Inter, but first the club are paying full focus to the upcoming Champions League final against Manchester City.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito is now waiting for the best offer, ready to finally cash in on Milinkovic-Savic.
