Lazio are reportedly in close contact with Borussia Dortmund as they explore a deal for winger Donyell Malen.
The Biancocelesti are gearing up for an important summer transfer window following their Champions League qualification, with Maurizio Sarri making it clear that he expects at least four or five new signings to arrive in the coming months.
Lazio clearly had a lack of options on the bench this season, limiting Sarri’s options and forcing them to focus their efforts on just one competition, something the coach is hoping will change for next campaign.
As reported by TMW, Lazio have opened talks with Dortmund to explore a move for Malen, who shined this season in the Bundesliga.
The 24-year-old Dutch forward scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 26 league appearances for the German outfit. He is a tactically flexible player, able to play on either wing or in a central role, something that is appreciated by Sarri.
