Milan are interested in picking up Luka Romero on a free transfer after his contract expires with Lazio at the end of this month.

The Biancocelesti signed the talented teenager from RCD Mallorca back in July 2021, paying just €200,000 in training fees, and were quickly impressed with his work in the Italian capital.

Luka Romero received a handful of cameo appearances under Maurizio Sarri this season, scoring his first for the club in his 270 minutes of action across all competitions.

Lazio hoped to tie him down to a new long-term deal, but his agent Fali Ramadani wanted €5 million in fees, something Claudio Lotito wasn’t willing to pay. As such, the 18-year-old will leave the club on a free transfer.

Gianluca Di Marzio details how Milan are interested in signing Luka Romero on a free transfer, hoping to beat out competition from Spain. The Argentine winger is clearly a talented player brimming with potential and the Rossoneri believe he’d be a good fit for their squad.
