Milan are looking to agree a deal with Lazio talent Luka Romero in a meeting with his agent this week.
The 18-year-old winger will not sign a new contract with the Biancocelesti, so is on track to leave the club on a free transfer in the coming days. He had agreed to the terms of a new deal, but the €5 million in agent fees requested by Fali Ramadani caused talks to collapse.
Luka Romero made a handful of appearances under Maurizio Sarri this season, scoring the decisive goal in Lazio’s win over Monza back in November. In total, he saw 270 minutes of action across 12 matches.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan will meet with Ramadani on Wednesday this week to try and fully agree a deal for Luka Romero, keen to add the teenager to Stefano Pioli’s squad.
The 18-year-old Argentinian winger has given priority to the Rossoneri, wanting to make the move to the Lombardy capital.
