Lazio have reportedly presented their first offer for winger Riccardo Orsolini to Bologna and are in talks with his entourage.
The Biancocelesti want to sign a new winger to bolster Maurizio Sarri’s frontline this summer and their primary target was Sassuolo talisman Domenico Berardi.
Personal terms were quickly agreed with Berardi but Lazio failed to find an agreement with Sassuolo, who want at least €30 million for the 28-year-old, causing talks to collapse.
As reported by La Lazio Siamo Noi and Sky Sports Italia, Lazio have prepared their first offer for Orsolini, presenting a deal worth around €7 million to Bologna, who have set a €15 million price tag.
With only a year left on his contract in Emilia-Romagna, the Biancocelesti are hoping to secure a lower-cost deal for the 26-year-old. Talks with his entourage are now ongoing.
Last season, Orsolini scored 11 goals and provided four assists in 32 Serie A appearances for Bologna.
