Lazio are working to finalise a deal for Djibril Sow and are still fending off serious competition from both Sevilla and Napoli.
Earlier this week, reports emerged that the Biancocelesti were in the closing stages of a deal for the 26-year-old Swiss midfielder, ready to pay Eintracht Frankfurt around €16 million. The player has agreed to a five-year contract, worth circa €2 million net per season plus add-ons.
Lazio have only signed one player so far this summer, striker Valentin Castellanos, and need to pick up one or two players to fill the void left behind by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s sale.
As reported by German outlet Sport, Sevilla and Napoli have both been in contact with Eintracht and Djibril Sow in recent days to try and snatch his signature before Lazio can complete their deal.
The Biancocelesti are confident that things will move ahead as planned, having already reached a total agreement with both the Bundesliga club and the player.
pfft, he’s going somewhere else than Lazio, allways the same shit, “Lazio feel confident” boom he joins another club..
Nah, Sow isn’t a player Lazio should focus on… Ricci is far better target and worth chasing.
