Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is planning when to rotate strikers Ciro Immobile and Valentin Castellanos in the coming games.
The Biancocelesti have not started the season particularly well but can start turning things around with a win away to Milan this evening. The team generated a little momentum with their 2-0 win over Torino earlier this week.
One area of doubt for Lazio this season is Immobile, who hasn’t looked his usual self, struggling to find the back of the net. Many fans are calling to see greater usage of Castellanos, who joined from New York City FC in the summer.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Sarri is planning to start Immobile against Milan this evening but could switch out the captain for Castellanos in Lazio’s Champions League clash with Celtic next week.
Following the European outing, the Biancocelseti will take on Atalanta, where Sarri will again have to decide which striker to start.
