Lazio still haven’t tied down Felipe Anderson to a new long-term contract and are concerned about interest from Juventus.
The 30-year-old winger and his sister-agent Juliana Gomes have been negotiating a new deal with the club for months now, and recent reports claimed that he’d agreed to sign a four-and-a-half year contract worth around €3 million net per season plus €500,000 in add-ons.
Things have fallen quiet since then and no news has emerged regarding the deal. Felipe Anderson has also struggled to impress in recent weeks with Lazio and there are concerns amongst fans regarding his focus amidst the contract talks.
As reported by Il Messaggero (via TMW), Lazio still haven’t finalised Felipe Anderson’s new contract yet and are worried about a growing interest from Juventus and their sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.
The Old Lady are prepared to lunge for the 30-year-old Brazilian winger should he leave the Biancocelesti on a free transfer next summer.
Let him go if he is contemplating 3 mil plus 500,000 in bonuses then so be it. I like felipe but I dint think he’s worth more and the same money can be used to bring someone in who will produce the same or more
@Eugenio Of which players are you thinking that are available in summer for free with 3-3.5mil salary that produce the same or more?
