Lazio vs Frosinone: Recent History

Lazio were able to celebrate their festivities with a smile after securing an important 2-0 win away to Empoli on 22^nd December, ending a three-game winless streak. Maurizio Sarri’s side sit in the top half of the table but are still seven points behind fourth place Bologna.

Frosinone have shown some positives in their first season back in the topflight, picking up wins over Atalanta, Sassuolo, Hellas Verona, Empoli and Genoa. In recent weeks, things have been difficult, and they’ve only managed one point in their last four league outings.

Lazio last faced Frosinone in the 2018-19 season, where they secured a 1-0 win at home and a 1-0 win away. Prior to that, they defeated the Giallazzurri 2-0 at home and drew 0-0 away in the 2015-16 campaign.
