Juventus Ready to Welcome Felipe Anderson After Talks Stall With Lazio

Felipe Anderson is growing increasingly tempted by the idea of joining Juventus in the summer after talks with Lazio hit a brick wall.

The 30-year-old Brazilian’s contract situation in Rome has continued to rumble on since the summer transfer window, despite the club’s desire to retain the forward for the coming seasons. He has been offered a four-year deal worth around €3.5 million net per season following various rounds of talks.

Juventus, who are unable to spend heavily as they move to a more sustainable project, have long been interested in Felipe Anderson and are keen on picking him up on a free transfer in the summer.

As reported by Corriere della Sera (via TMW), Felipe Anderson is not satisfied with Lazio’s contract offer and is now seriously considering leaving Rome for Juventus at the end of the season. The Old Lady have offered him a deal worth around €4 million net per season plus add-ons.

This season, the 30-year-old has scored one goal and provided six assists in 25 appearances across all competitions.
