Lazio winger Felipe Anderson has made a promise to his teammates and the club’s staff ahead of his likely move to Juventus in the summer.
The 30-year-old Brazilian forward has entered the last six months of his contract in the Italian capital and isn’t expected to pen a new deal at this stage, remaining unimpressed with the latest offer from president Claudio Lotito.
Felipe Anderson has been increasingly linked with a move to Juventus in the summer and now seems destined to leave Lazio for the Old Lady on a free transfer at the end of the season, having reportedly agreed to the terms of a deal in Turin.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24), Felipe Anderson has promised his Lazio teammates and the staff that he’ll give his all for the club in his final half-season in blue and white, wanting to show his best before his departure.
Maurizio Sarri needs the 30-year-old winger to be on form as the Biancocelesti fight for a Champions League qualification spot.
I will agree with Lotito this time. What he offered him is more then enough. If Juve want to give him more so be it. Because he’s not worth any more. Still believe they should have tried for Moises Keen.
Typical Lazio, we lost Lucas Romero coz of our cheap nature…
