Lazio president Claudio Lotito doesn’t want to let Felipe Anderson leave for Juventus in the summer and is preparing to propose a new offer to the Brazilian winger.

The 30-year-old Brazilian forward has long since reached a verbal agreement with the Bianconeri regarding a free transfer in the summer, giving his green light to a multi-year contract worth around €4 million net per season plus add-ons.

Felipe Anderson has continued to be a core part of Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio squad this season and the club do not want to lose their winger. Their most recent offer, a three-year deal worth circa €3.5 million net per year, was rejected by the winger and his entourage.

As reported by Il Messaggero (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), Lazio president Lotito is planning to sit down with Felipe Anderson’s agents in the coming weeks to try and convince the winger to stay in the Italian capital, drawing up an improved contract offer.

With less than six months left on his contract in Rome, the Biancocelesti will have to work fast if they want to convince the 30-year-old to continue his adventure in sky blue and white.
