Ciro Immobile and Luis Alberto could both leave Lazio this summer as Claudio Lotito plans to set up a new cycle in the capital.

The Biancocelesti are in a state of flux following the shock resignation of Maurizio Sarri earlier this week, a move that has briefly thrown the club into chaos. Lotito and sporting director Angelo Fabiani have reportedly agreed terms with Igor Tudor to take over as the new head coach.

With Tudor expected to officially join Lazio next week, the club are now starting to plan ahead for the summer as they look to rejuvenate the squad and kickstart a new era following Sarri’s unexpected downfall over the last few months.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via LazioNews24) details how Lotito and Fabiani want to modernise and revitalise the Lazio squad in the summer, aware that the team currently have the second highest average age in the league.

As such, Immobile and Luis Alberto could both be sold at the end of the season, allowing the club to start building a new project under Tudor, who has agreed a deal lasting until June 2025 with an option for a further year.
