Six Lazio players have left the Italian capital in preparation for various international commitments over the next fortnight.
The international break has come at a good time for the Biancocelesti following their chaos in recent weeks, which has seen them suffer elimination from the Champions League and lose coach Maurizio Sarri after his unexpected resignation.
Lazio have now officially announced the arrival of Igor Tudor and can use the international break to kickstart their new era, giving the Croatian coach the chance to get to know the majority of his squad ahead of his first game in charge.
As confirmed by the club, six players have now headed off for international duty – Elseid Hysaj with Albania, Gustav Isaksen with Denmark, Matteo Guendouzi with France, Mattia Zaccagni with Italy, Adam Marusic with Montenegro and Matias Vecino with Uruguay.
The Biancocelesti will hope none pick up any physical issues ahead of their next game back against Juventus on 30th March.
