Lazio are open to selling Ivan Provedel this Summer, but the goalkeeper recently rejected a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.

The 30-year-old Italian shot-stopper has been one of the best-performing players in the Biancocelesti squad since his arrival from Spezia for just €2.5 million back in August 2022, proving an incredibly safe pair of hands between the posts.

Provedel suffered a painful ankle injury back in March and his absence has been felt, even if backup option Christos Mandas has done a sufficient job in his place. He is expected to return before the end of the season.

Corriere dello Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) details how Lazio President Claudio Lotito would be willing to sell Provedel for around €25-30 million this summer, which would see the club make huge capital gains.

In recent months, an intermediary came forward with an offer from Saudi side Al-Ittihad, but the 30-year-old gave a clear rejection, preferring to stay in the Italian capital.
