Igor Tudor will meet with Lazio President Claudio Lotito in the coming hours to have a frank discussion regarding the next steps in the capital.
Tudor’s Time at Lazio Already Coming to An End?
Endless rumours have started to circulate regarding the future of the 46-year-old Italian coach, who signed an 18-month contract with an option for a further year when he replaced Maurizio Sarri back in March, with some suggestions that he could leave this summer.
Some reports have already started to list a number of possible replacements for Tudor at Lazio, including Miroslav Klose, Sergio Conceicao, Raffaele Palladino and Massimiliano Allegri. Lotito has consistently claimed that the rumours are baseless and that the Croatian coach will move forward.
Decisive Meeting Set Between All Parties
As highlighted by pundit Matteo Moretto, Tudor will have a direct meeting with Lotito and the Lazio directors in the coming hours to plan out their summer transfer market plans, the next steps and the project in the Italian capital.
The priority is to identify a replacement for Daichi Kamada, who was growing into one of the coach’s favourite players in Rome. Further considerations are expected surrounding players like Matteo Guendouzi, Gustav Isaksen, Valentin Castellanos and Nicolo Rovella.
