Lazio are reportedly seeking information regarding Armand Lauriente who is set to leave Sassuolo this summer.
The Frenchman started his career at Stade Rennais before making the move to Lorient in 2019. The winger has made a name for himself in Serie A following his switch to the Mapei Stadium in the summer of 2022.
The 25-year-old enjoyed an impressive first campaign in Italy, before suffering relegation at the end of last season. But despite his team’s miserable form, Lauriente still produced five goals and six assists in 37 Serie A outings.

So according to Italian football journalist Alfredo Pedullà (via LazioNews24), the French winger will leave the Emilian club as he doesn’t plan to play his football in Serie B next term. Moreover, Lazio have inquired about the player’s services as they consider making him an offer.
The source adds that the Biancocelesti would be able to finalize the operation for a transfer fee lower than €15 million. The player’s contract with the Neroverdi is valid until the summer of 2027.
Lazio have already bolstered their attacking ranks by signing the versatile Tijjani Noslin from Hellas Verona and exciting young winger Loum Tchaouna from Salernitana. They are also closing in on Hatayspor attacking midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.
