Lazio are reportedly interested in the services of young Olympique Lyonnais attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki. The 20-year-old is a youth product of Lyon who rose onto the scene at a tender age. He has been a member of the club’s first team since 2020.
Last season, he made 33 appearances in Ligue 1, contributing with a single goal and six assists. But with his contract expiring at the end of the season, the French club could be forced to sell the talented star this summer to avoid losing him for free next year.

Lazio are still looking to enhance the final third, with Sassuolo winger Armand Laurienté emerging as their primary candidate. Nevertheless, signing Cherki could be a more enticing prospect for the club’s supporters, as the 20-year-old is one of the most renowned youngsters in Ligue 1. The playmaker is currently representing France U23 at the Olympic Games.
