Talented Lazio teenager Sana Fernandes has completed a transfer to Dutch side NAC Breda.
The Biancocelesti poached the winger from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2022, and he immediately cemented himself as arguably the most exciting talent in the club’s Primavera squad.
However, the Portuguese has been hoping for more space within the first team and has recently posted a controversial post on social media, apparently voicing his frustration with his current status at the club. Nevertheless, it appears that the two parties have now managed to sort out the situation.
Lazio Loan Sana Fernandes to NAC Breda
According to the official Lazio website, Fernandes completed a loan switch to NAC Breda where he will have the chance to prove himself in the Dutch top-flight. This will be the teenager’s first experience at the senior level. Breda will have the option to buy the player at the end of the season, but Lazio will retain control over his future thanks to a buy-back clause.
Fernandes will be hoping to show off his skills in the Eredivisie in order to carve himself an important role at the Italian capital side in the future.

We kind of want both of the worlds (hence under 22 is the target not 17-18)
But my view is that Gustav will have his explosion and Tchaouna being the 2nd option, whilst Cancellieri still our player Sana must be the 4th option. Having now got himself a loan and we not losing him is a win for us, to NAC Breda and clearly Sana himself.
