Ciro Immobile’s summer move to Besiktas in the Turkish Süper Lig after eight goal-laden years in the Italian capital has left Lazio with a huge problem to solve at the top end of the pitch. Dia has certainly proven himself to be too good to play at that level and could be exactly what Lazio needs to help cope with the loss of Immobile.
The Loss May Not Sting as Much
Despite losing one of the most excellent stars Lazio has ever seen in its club, Immobile’s departure for Turkey might not be painful. Replacing him with a young star can alleviate what might be unbearable for some of Lazio’s longtime fans.
