Lazio Form Guide: Recent Results & Table Position

Before the international break, Lazio were riding a six-match winning streak across all competitions. They have also won 10 of their last 11 contests, with the only exception being the defeat at the hands of Juventus after playing the majority of the match with 10 men. Although the most recent victories against Cagliari and Monza were slender, Marco Baroni’s men are also showing improvement at the back, as they’re beginning to rack clean sheets.

The Biancocelesti currently sit fifth in the Serie A charts, by they can hypothetically end the weekend on top of the table, as they’re only one point behind league leaders Napoli and on par with Atalanta, Fiorentina and Inter, in what is shaping up to be a thrilling battle for the top spots.

The Rossoblu currently sit eighth in the table with 18 points from 11 fixtures, as they’re yet to play their home contest against Milan which was postponed due to floods.
